Corporate and Sponsorship Information
The appointment of Adi Aymes as general manager at Havant and Waterlooville has helped to revolutionise the way the club handles itself from a corporate perspective, and as such this season contact with sponsors and value for sponsorship money has reached a new high.
The Hawks have become an attractive proposition for investors and sponsors. Within a year the current management have turned a relegation threatened side into a promotion chasing team, amazingly achieved with a reduced playing budget. Portsmouth FC have invested in the playing surface, taking it to Premier Reserve League standard and allowing their reserve side to play at Westleigh Park.
Off the pitch the Hawks have strengthened financially in the last year and have secured a six figure sponsorship deal with brewing giants Carlsberg, whose investment has helped to totally refurbish both clubhouse bars - making them an attractive venue for business conferences and meetings.
Going forward, the plan is simple. Havant and Waterlooville aim to make the local community proud of its teams by becoming the family and community club it should be. The club aims to run self sufficiently, and also support the companies and individuals that support it with a new business to business club. On the pitch the Hawks aim to be playing Conference National football next season, and to have reached league status within four years.
With the continued support of fans and local businesses, the Hawks will achieve these aims.
